1. Agreement Recognition & Binding Effect
This Terms of Purchase is a legal binding service agreement between the platform and all shopping users, which standardizes all commodity transaction behaviors, user shopping rights and obligations, and platform service responsibilities of the platform. All users who browse the platform page, select commodities, submit orders and complete payment transactions shall be deemed to have fully read, understood and voluntarily accepted all terms of this agreement, and all shopping behaviors shall be governed by this Terms of Purchase.
If users do not agree with any terms of this purchase agreement, they shall immediately stop browsing the platform and terminate all shopping behaviors on the platform. Continued use of the platform’s shopping service means automatic recognition and compliance with all agreement terms. This agreement is applicable to all individual users who conduct transaction behaviors on the platform, with universal binding force.
All transaction rules, service standards and rights and obligations stipulated in this agreement are formulated based on the principle of fair transaction and standardized operation, balancing the legitimate rights and interests of both the platform and users, and ensuring the standardized and orderly development of platform commodity transactions.
The platform reserves the right to revise and update the terms of the agreement according to business development and industry norm changes. The updated agreement will be publicly released on the platform and take effect immediately, and subsequent user shopping behaviors will be governed by the latest terms.
2. Order Placement & Payment Standard Rules
Users shall abide by the principle of truthful information filling when placing orders, and fill in accurate, complete and valid recipient information, delivery address and contact details. All platform transactions are uniformly settled in USD, and users shall complete payment through legal and valid third-party payment channels. After the payment is successfully confirmed by the system, the order will take effect officially and enter the platform’s processing procedure.
Users shall bear full responsibility for order delivery failure, logistics abnormality and after-sales disputes caused by false, wrong and incomplete information filled by themselves. The platform will verify order information conventionally, but is not liable for various problems caused by user’s incorrect information filling.
After the order takes effect, the platform will process the order in strict accordance with the shipping policy, complete product inspection, packaging and shipment within the specified cycle, and provide standard global logistics distribution services. Users shall complete payment actively and timely, and overdue unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled by the system to ensure the normal operation of platform inventory.
The platform prohibits malicious order brushing, repeated invalid order placement and false transaction behaviors. Once abnormal order behaviors are identified, the platform has the right to cancel invalid orders and restrict user transaction authority.
3. Commodity Transaction Specification & Description Standard
All commodities displayed on the platform are described objectively and truly in terms of product appearance, efficacy, specifications, ingredients and applicable crowds. The platform tries its best to ensure the consistency between physical commodities and page display pictures and text descriptions. Slight color difference and display deviation caused by different device resolution and screen parameters do not belong to product quality problems, and users shall recognize and accept objective display differences.
All on-sale skincare products comply with international daily chemical commodity safety standards, with qualified quality, safe ingredients and stable efficacy, meeting the daily skin care needs of global users. The platform will update commodity information, price rules and preferential activities in real time according to inventory changes and activity cycles to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of display information.
Users shall fully understand the product attributes, usage methods and applicable skin types before purchasing commodities, and select products reasonably according to their own skin conditions and usage needs. The platform will provide detailed product introduction and usage guidance, but is not responsible for user discomfort caused by inappropriate product selection.
All commodity transaction behaviors are based on user’s independent selection and voluntary purchase. After the user confirms the order and completes payment, it means that the user recognizes the product information and transaction price, and no arbitrary price dispute and commodity attribute objection will be initiated.
4. Order Cancellation & Rights and Obligations Binding
Users have the right to cancel orders freely during the order processing period before platform shipment. For cancelled orders that meet the rules, the platform will complete full refund processing in accordance with the refund policy. Once the order is officially shipped and outbound, users cannot cancel the order arbitrarily, and can only handle it through the after-sales return procedure after receiving the goods.
The platform undertakes the obligation to deliver qualified products as promised, provide standard free shipping logistics services and perfect after-sales return and refund services, and ensure that users can obtain high-quality products and standardized service experience after completing transactions.
Users undertake the obligation to abide by platform rules and transaction norms, use purchased products in accordance with standard usage methods, and shall not use platform commodities for illegal trading and improper purposes. Users shall respect the platform’s service results and abide by all transaction agreement terms.
For transaction disputes arising from order cancellation, commodity quality and service problems, both parties shall resolve them through friendly negotiation first. If the negotiation fails, both parties shall handle them in accordance with the platform’s official policy terms to ensure fair and reasonable dispute resolution.
